FRESH FACE FOR FALCONER

Recently, The Falconer museum in Forres was lucky enough to win a lottery grant
to refurbish and upgrade its Museum space.
The museum closed in August 2006 ---- Enter the Falconer friends and friends of the community ---- After some handling training, and familiarisation , many hours were passed completing the tasks involved packing up the exhibits for storage prior to the starting of the work. Much attention was paid to health and safety considerations but all enjoyed the experience nevertheless. ---- Now behind the scenes at the museum the work is progressing well. The Friends of the Falconer are looking forward to the opening of the fresh looking museum which will offer a new & exciting view of the face of Forres to all who come to visit.
